BEASTIE BURGERS IS A FAST-GROWING QUALITY BURGER CHAIN, WITH 2 OPERATIONAL SHOPS (ANTWERP & MECHELEN) AND SEVERAL OTHER LOCATIONS UNDER DEVELOPMENT. OUR RESTAURANT PREMISES CELEBRATE ROCK N’ ROLL LIFESTYLE, BRINGING TOGETHER PEOPLE OF ALL WALKS OF LIFE, JOINED IN THEIR LOVE FOR TOP QUALITY BURGERS.
 
To keep our success story growing we are on the hunt for new forces to strengthen our team. We are in need for enthusiastic team players with passion for hospitality. Currently, we are looking for experienced and motivated BARTENDING & SERVICE STAFF for our shops in AALST, SINT NIKLAAS & BRUSSELS

To continue our success story we need new team members to reinforce our bar and service crew. We are looking for enthusiastic team players with a real passion. You will be responsible for the bar and service managment. 
 
BEASTIE BURGERS BAR AND SERVICE MANAGER SURVIVAL KIT
 
  • You will need to ensure smooth flow of bar supplies and stock managment within the restaurant (controls and ordering thereof).
  • You will guarantee all health, safety and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP norms.
  • You will need to make sure that the bar and storage / stockroom tidiness is kept at all times.
  • You will be responsible  for the creation of a fun yet productive work atmosphere.
  • Efficiency, quality and neatness are crucial in this story.
  • You will need to be able to work well under stress and are expected to be a representative face of the business.
  • You have a substantial experience  in hospitality.
  • You are driven and open to learn.
  • You are orderly and work in a structured manner.
  • You are a team player who can communicate well and is composed,  even under stress.
  • You can foster an environment of trust and empower your colleagues to go beyond the customers’ expectations.
  • You ensure that every client has an unforgettable experience. As value adder, you work towards constantly improving our customer experience.
